Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. It must include:

• Your content and URL
• Your name, address, and statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed by mistake
• Consent to the jurisdiction of your local court

Repeat Infringers

VidFox reserves the right to terminate users who are repeat infringers of copyright, based on valid DMCA notices.
